These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all transactions carried out via the website www.nexa-lights.com, operated by the company NEXA LIGHTS, whose legal information is as follows:

Any customer making a purchase on www.nexa-lights.com accepts without reservation the present Terms and Conditions.
1. OBJECT
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products marketed by NEXA LIGHTS&via its website www.nexa-lights.com.
Their purpose is to establish the rules applicable to orders, payments, deliveries, guarantees, as well as the terms of return and refund.
Anyone wishing to purchase a product on www.nexa-lights.com&is required to read and accept the terms and conditions before finalizing their order.

The products offered on the website www.nexa-lights.com are described as accurately as possible. Each product sheet contains:

- The estimated delivery time.

Stock levels are updated regularly. However, if a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, NEXA LIGHTS will inform the Client by email or telephone as soon as possible.
The Client will then be able to:
- Opt for a full refund within a maximum period of 14 days,
- Wait for restocking if a new availability date is specified,
- Choose a replacement product equivalent or of greater value by paying any difference.
3. PRICES AND TAXES
3.1 Displayed prices

They do not include delivery charges, which will be indicated to the Customer before order confirmation.

NEXA LIGHTS reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price applied to an order will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.
4. ORDERS
4.1 Ordering Process

- Entry of delivery and billing information,

6. DELIVERY

Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method and destination. Generally, shipments are made within 4 to 6 days After payment confirmation. Delivery within 7 to 15 business days.
The Client receives a tracking number as soon as his package is shipped.
6.2 Delivery Cost
Delivery charges are shown at the time of ordering. They vary depending on:

- The weight and size of the package,
- The chosen delivery method.
6.3 Reception and verification
Upon receiving the package, the Customer must check the condition of the product. In case of damage, they must report the anomaly under 48 hours by contacting NEXA LIGHTS and the carrier.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL && RETURNS
7.1 Right of withdrawal
The Client has 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise its right of withdrawal and return their purchase without justification.
7.2 Return Conditions

Damaged or non-functional product If the product received is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the description, Return shipping costs are covered by NEXA LIGHTS.The customer must provide evidence (photos, videos) and contact customer service before proceeding with the return.

Change of mind If the return is due to a change of mind, an order error, or any other reason unrelated to a product defect, The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer..
In all cases, the items must be returned. New, unused and in their original packaging.
The refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
8. WARRANTY && RESPONSIBILITY
8.1 Legal guarantee
NEXA LIGHTS guarantees its products against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of receipt.
8.2 Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered:
❌ Normal wear and tear of the product,
❌ Damage caused by misuse,
❌ Unauthorized modifications to the product.
